Why previous attempts did not stick

You often know exactly what is healthy. But knowing is different from doing.

Many people who start with I DO have already tried enough. A workout schedule. A diet. An app. A new Monday. Sometimes it works for a while; until work pressure, family, stress, fatigue, or old habits take over again. This is usually not a lack of willpower. It is a lack of structure that fits your real life.

You start strong, but alone

The first week goes well. After that, the external accountability disappears, and choosing health becomes dependent on motivation again.

You focus on a single component

Focusing only on training, only on nutrition, or only on mindset is often too narrow. Your life works as a whole; your approach must do the same.

You have no moments for adjustment

When things get busy, you need someone to look over your shoulder. Not to make you dependent, but to teach you how to correct your course.

I DO = training, nutrition, and coaching

A 12-week program in which you do not just train, but learn to take the lead.

I DO is the powerful lifestyle program by COMMIT. In twelve weeks, you work with coaches, trainers, and your group toward one goal: a way of living that does not stop once the program ends. You train twice a week, receive personal nutritional guidance, work on mindset and behavior, and measure your progress with regular InBody measurements. Not as a quick fix, but as a clear start to a new rhythm.

and discover if I DO is right for you

Movement

Two fixed training sessions per week with your I DO group. Focused on building fitness, strength, and confidence in your body.
02

Nutrition

No crash diets, but personal nutritional guidance that fits your body, goals, schedule, and daily life.
03

Coaching

Weekly coaching regarding behavior, mindset, choices, setbacks, energy, and ownership.
04

Measurement

InBody measurements and evaluation moments make progress concrete, so you do not have to guess based on feeling.

Do you recognize yourself?

For people who are done with starting over.

I DO is not just for people who want to lose weight. It is for everyone who notices that health keeps sliding into the background, while deep down you know things need to change. You do not have to be fit to start. You do, however, need to be willing to look honestly at what you do, what you postpone, and what you need to actually sustain it.

In the program

Everything required to not just start, but to keep building.

Step 1

Extensive intake + baseline measurement

We map out your starting point: goals, context, body composition, physical capacity, habits, and previous attempts.
Step 2

Personal training and nutrition plan

A plan that fits your body, schedule, and goals. Not a generic template, but a direction you can actually execute.
Step 3

2× per week I DO group training

You train with a fixed group. This provides energy, recognition, and accountability; everyone is challenged individually at their own level.
Step 4

Weekly coaching

Not just discussing what you did, but understanding why you make certain choices and how to adjust when things get difficult.
Step 5

InBody measurement every 4 weeks

You see what changes in weight, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and body composition. Measurable, without guesswork.

Free starter guide

Everything required to not just start, but to keep building.

In this guide, you will discover why motivation is rarely enough, which four components you need for sustainable change, and how to start today without falling back into all-or-nothing behavior.

Not alone, but personal

The group provides energy. The coaching makes it personal.

One of the strongest elements of I DO is the combination of group energy and personal attention. You train with people who are also on their journey. This makes it easier to show up, stay honest, and persevere. At the same time, your program is not generic: your coach looks at your goals, your patterns, and your progress. This way, you get support from the group without getting lost in the crowd.

You are not alone
You see others working, growing, and persevering. This normalizes the process and makes sustaining it more human.
Someone is truly watching over you
Your coach helps you reflect, make choices, and adjust when old patterns resurface.

Fixed moments

The power lies in repetition. Through fixed training and coaching sessions, healthy behavior becomes less dependent on motivation.

Personal intake

We do not start by talking. We start by listening.

During the intake, we discuss where you are now, what you want to change, and whether I DO is the right path for you. Sometimes the program is exactly what you need. Sometimes Personal Training, COMMIT FIT, or Business coaching is a better fit. The intake is intended to honestly determine what will best help you achieve the results you have in mind.

Mathijs on the I DO Program at COMMIT Utrecht

When the plan fits your life, sustaining it becomes possible.

I had already tried everything: periods of fanatical training, eating healthier, then falling back again. In the I DO Program, I received real structure for the first time. Not just a schedule, but guidance on my training, nutrition, choices, and weekly rhythm. After 12 weeks, I didn’t just know what I had to do, but especially how to maintain it.

After I DO · deepening and securing

Do you want to continue immediately after I DO?

Discuss during your intake whether I AM aligns with your goals. Some participants choose to combine I DO and I AM immediately, so that the first 12 weeks are directly followed by an in-depth quarterly structure.

Continue your progress with I AM

After the I DO Program, you can progress at COMMIT to I AM: an exclusive follow-up program where you continue to work on your physical and mental development. In a small, familiar group, you train twice a week, receive weekly coaching from your own coach, and delve deeper into themes such as self-leadership, mental strength, relationships, and sustainable behavioral change.

I AM is intended for those who do not want their results from I DO to fade away, but rather want to secure them for the long term. You continue to build on structure, energy, mindset, and ownership. With the support of a coach and a group that shares the same commitment.

Are you combining I DO and I AM immediately? Then an attractive package benefit may apply.

Who is I AM for?

I AM is the logical next step when you feel after I DO that you want to go further. Not because you cannot do it without guidance, but because you know how much stronger you become with structure, coaching, and the right people around you.
