That is why we are looking for inspiring, enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic (personal) trainers who want to develop alongside us.
(Personal) trainers who truly want to make a difference, are confident, and dare to commit.
Can you see yourself giving training sessions amidst the ancient pillars, stained glass, and other impressive historical elements of this remarkable location?
What do you do for others?
You are the face of the Health Club(s) for the members of COMMIT. With your passion for sports and health, you provide challenging small group training sessions (or personal training sessions); the kind that members look forward to with pleasure. You make new members feel welcome during intake interviews and professionally outline the next steps. Members only leave once you have identified their true training goal; you keep them motivated and focused on their objective!
What do you do for yourself?
As a (personal) trainer with us, it is important to know that we not only offer you an enjoyable, challenging job, but we also like to invest in you as a colleague. You will follow our intensive but challenging 12-week I DO program (worth €1,295), where you will be amazed by your own results. Whether you want to grow physically, become mentally stronger, or work on your career within COMMIT; you are in charge!
What does it look like?
You can work with us for 16–40 hours per week. If you hold a Fitness Trainer A qualification, you will earn between €2,496 and €2,591 per month based on full-time employment. Do you also have experience as a personal trainer, a NASM personal trainer certificate, and do you meet the turnover targets? Then you can earn up to €3,388. The beauty of this role is that it is a combined position where you can work as both a trainer and a personal trainer, provided you have the right certifications. But that’s not all. If you collectively achieve the intended goals as a team because you truly know how to engage members, you will receive an 8% bonus and €20 per employee monthly in the staff fund for fun outings. Your working hours can often be largely scheduled in consultation, which is very convenient.
COMMIT is a young player in the market, where we put our shoulders to the wheel together. We work hard with passion and energy, and career progression is high on our agenda. And leading by example is key; so you also get to work out for free whenever you want in our clubs.
Will you seize this opportunity with both hands? Then send us your CV and a strong motivation letter explaining how you commit to something… we are curious to hear from you!
