Around my fortieth, I was successful as an entrepreneur. Together with my wife Jolanda, we had built up two Albert Heijn stores and some real estate. On paper, things were going well. Physically, it was less so: I had slowly grown to about 106 kilos, far too heavy for my height and build. I did not feel comfortable in my own skin. <\/p>

When Jolanda started managing a gym, the realization hit: as a co-owner, I could no longer stand outside my own health. That one thought: “I am now a gym owner,” changed everything. I started working on my own fitness. It was a challenging journey, but somewhere during that journey, I became what I now call: committed. Determined. <\/p>

A few years later, I came into contact with Straight Line Leadership and their way of coaching. I discovered that where you come from is the foundation for where you are going. That change is always in your own hands. Not just understanding it, but truly living it. If you grasp that, it gives you strength, space, and peace. And I wish that for everyone. <\/p>
